2024 planning... 1, 2, 3, let's go b!tch

Here we go.

My reveal of how I’m using the 2024 Hobonichi Cousin.

I wrote last month about why I’m switching back from the Hobonichi Weeks to the Cousin [HERE]

And when I was setting up my Cousin, I felt such relief… Is that weird? That might be weird. But the Cousin is just my happy place. It has all the bells and whistles I need, it feels comfortable and also like an effective tool.

I’m not going deep into my systems because I’ve done it before… Take a look at these to see how I like to use the Hobonichi Cousin

There. You happy?

I know everyone always wants to see the stickers I put on the front. This year, I recycled two themes from previous years and then decided on some bolder choices.

One thing I’m doing slightly different is I’ve moved my planner Kanban to a different page in the back, making it a vertical kanban instead of horizontal.

The Kanban set up is on the left. I’m keeping track of my decluttering progress on the page on the right.

I also always track the books I read and the movies/ shows I watch. This helps me when I’m compiling lists for my newsletter or blog, or when I need to look up a recommendation for something. Or sometimes I’m just curious about looking at my trending interests.

Books on the left. Self care goals on the right.

DNF’s and Recommendations on the left, recording movies/ tv on the right

One thing I’m doing again that I HAVE NEVER BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT is… using these pages as a habit tracker.

love that sticker

I know, I’ve set it up for several years now and never truly used it correctly. I should give it up, but I can’t. I think this will be the year. Definitely. 100% will complete.

Alright, that’s my 2024 planner update. I’m going to blog again soon about my 2024 word of the year and then also share more of my goals / plans/ empire building in my January newsletter.

If you’re not already in the Women With Books community you may be interested in signing up here. I send out posts on the last Friday of every month and there will definitely be more exclusive content this year… So. You know what you want to do.
